Rea's focus has always been nature and the textures, contrasts, colours and emotions that stem from the natural world. Like nature itself, her works have various moods; at times loud and bold and at others, quiet and peaceful. She works in a multitude of mediums but primarily acrylic as it allows for swift action, layering and impasto. This artist shows no signs of veering off this powerful path of inspiration.
