Alex is a Toronto-based artist and professional fine art framer whose practice is deeply informed by eight years of experience in art handling and conservation-minded framing. In his work, graceful figures are simultaneously hidden and revealed through deliberate voids, creating an existential ballet of loss, missed connections, playfulness and miscommunication.
