Hawkly

Hawkly is an Ontario based jewelry brand created by designer Gillian Johnson. Influenced by a modern-rustic aesthetic and the philosophy of wabi-sabi, Hawkly's creations draw inspiration from faraway lands, ancient artisanal craft techniques and nature's teachings. Gillian lives in the hills of Mulmur, where each piece is handcrafted with an emphasis on lost wax casting, combined with other metal smithing and beading techniques. Mixed metals, including sterling silver, bronze, brass and even a touch of gold, are carefully combined in an exploration of adornment and celebration of human touch.
